At AIDERS, we believe strongly in privacy. We do not log your AI agent interactions, and your agent data remains private. Each team's infrastructure is fully isolated.

My Aiders Inc. operates the AIDERS platform — a managed service for deploying and managing AI agents on cloud infrastructure. This Privacy Policy covers users worldwide and describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We are committed to compliance with the GDPR and CCPA.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Email address, password, and team membership details
- Payment Information: Processed through Stripe — we never store full card numbers
- Cloud Credentials: DigitalOcean API tokens you provide for agent provisioning, stored encrypted in your team's server metadata
- Support Communications: Messages you send to our support channels
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, agents created
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not log, store, or monitor your AI agent conversations or outputs. Agents run on isolated cloud infrastructure provisioned on your behalf. My Aiders Inc. does not have access to the content your agents process.

- LLM Providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, and other providers you select — agent queries are routed to these services based on your configuration
- Stack Auth: Authentication and team management
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
- Transaction Records: Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics
- Agent Data: Deleted when you destroy an agent or cancel your subscription — My Aiders Inc. does not provide backups
