Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These terms govern access to AIDERS' website, dashboard, APIs, and cloud services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of Service: Managed Agent Infrastructure
AIDERS provides a managed platform for deploying, monitoring, and managing AI agents powered by OpenClaw on cloud infrastructure. My Aiders Inc. supplies the platform and orchestration layer; users control their agent configuration, LLM provider selection, prompts, and actions. Each team operates in isolated infrastructure provisioned on the user's behalf.
3. Experimental Service & Safety Notice
THE SERVICE IS EXPERIMENTAL. AI AGENTS MAY BE UNRELIABLE, PRODUCE INCORRECT OR HARMFUL OUTPUTS, OR TAKE UNINTENDED ACTIONS.
Users must review agent outputs before relying on them and ensure their agents comply with all applicable laws. Users bear full responsibility for the behavior of agents deployed through AIDERS, including any actions those agents take on connected platforms or services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Conduct network attacks, port scanning, or denial-of-service attacks
- Mine cryptocurrency on provisioned infrastructure
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
- Distribute illegal content, malware, or exploit kits
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
My Aiders Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice for violations of this policy.
5. EU Digital Services Act Compliance
For users in the European Union, illegal content may be reported to legal@aiders.me. My Aiders Inc. does not proactively monitor user-generated content but will review reports and investigate high-risk activity in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Sanctions & Export Controls
By using the Service, you warrant that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive US sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and specified regions of Ukraine), and that you are not listed on any US government restricted party list.
7. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 No Refunds
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued for service outages, errors, agent misbehavior, or dissatisfaction. EU/UK consumers who request immediate commencement of service waive their 14-day withdrawal right. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7.2 Data Retention
My Aiders Inc. does not provide backups of agent instances or data. Upon cancellation or account termination, your instances and all associated data may be immediately and permanently deleted.
8. Third-Party Dependencies
The Service relies on external providers including but not limited to DigitalOcean, OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM and cloud infrastructure providers. My Aiders Inc. is not responsible for outages, rate limits, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by these third parties.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Aiders Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, breach of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, or any dispute related to agents you deploy through AIDERS.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Aiders Inc.'s total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to My Aiders Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall My Aiders Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
12. Dispute Resolution
For US residents, any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware. For users in other jurisdictions, disputes shall be subject to the courts of Delaware, except where local consumer protection laws mandate otherwise.
