Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
Because the Service provides immediate access to cloud infrastructure and agent deployment upon purchase, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
- Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Usage Credits / Top-ups: Non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred once purchased.
2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver
EU and UK consumers typically have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital services once performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent. By purchasing a subscription or credits on AIDERS, you request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access to the Service is granted.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your team billing dashboard.
- Service Continuation: Your agents and dashboard access remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No Future Charges: No charges will apply after the current billing cycle ends.
- Data Deletion: Agent instances and all associated data may be permanently deleted immediately upon subscription termination. My Aiders Inc. does not provide backups.
4. Service Interruptions
AIDERS is an experimental service that depends on third-party cloud and LLM providers. We do not offer refunds for downtime, service interruptions, agent errors, or incorrect outputs produced by AI models.
5. Conflict with Terms of Service
This refund policy is provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the full Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
